Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online Orders

Because all food is prepared fresh to order, we are unable to offer refunds once your order is being prepared. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

  • Order cancellations must be requested before preparation begins by calling (307) 855-0281.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations are issued to the original payment method via Shopify within 5–10 business days.
  • Items damaged or incorrect at pickup will be remade or refunded at our discretion.

Reservations

Reservations can be cancelled at any time at no cost. We appreciate at least 2 hours' notice so we can free the table for other guests.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Catering & Private Events

Catering and private-event deposits are governed by the signed event agreement. Cancellation terms are stated on that agreement.
