Pickup & Shipping Policy

Service Area
We currently serve the Louisville, KY area only. Orders are available for pickup at 1314 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40204, or for local delivery within Louisville where available. We do not ship outside of Louisville at this time.
Order Timing
Most orders are ready 20–30 minutes after confirmation. Large or catering orders require additional lead time; we will confirm a pickup window by email or phone.
Late Pickup
Orders not picked up within 60 minutes of the scheduled time may be refunded at our discretion or held at room temperature for food-safety reasons.
